Every Dirty Birds find is selected for its character, history, and individuality. Because most of our inventory is pre-owned and one of a kind, all purchases are final.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not accept returns or exchanges or issue refunds for change of mind, fit, sizing, color, or the expected signs of previous wear. This applies to purchases made in store and online.

PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE PURCHASING

Pre-owned pieces may show natural variations or minor wear. We do our best to photograph and describe each item accurately. Before purchasing online, please review the photos, measurements, condition notes, and product details carefully. If you have a question, contact us before placing your order.

PROBLEMS WITH AN ORDER

If you receive the wrong item, or if an item arrives damaged in transit or materially different from its listing, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue individually and work toward an appropriate resolution. Fit, preference, and expected signs of previous wear are not considered order errors.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit is issued only when expressly authorized by Dirty Birds Collective and is governed by our Store Credit Policy. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
