At Dirty Birds Collective, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and reliable manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices and procedures to ensure transparency and clarity for all customers.


1. Order Processing Time


All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. Each order is packed manually with care to ensure the safe arrival of your item(s). Please note that during peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Methods and Carriers


We currently ship all domestic orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


If you require expedited shipping, such as Priority Mail or Express Shipping, please contact us at dirtybirdscollective@gmail.com before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate special requests when possible.


3. Shipping Rates


Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. We may occasionally offer flat rate or free shipping promotions. If applicable, these offers will be clearly stated at checkout and on promotional materials.


4. Shipping Regions


We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We reserve the right to expand or restrict our shipping zones in the future based on demand and logistics.


5. Delivery Times


Standard USPS delivery times typically range from 2 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on factors beyond our control, including weather, carrier delays, or holiday surges.


6. Packaging


All items are packaged securely using appropriate materials. Whenever possible, we use recyclable, biodegradable, or reused packaging to minimize environmental impact.


We take great care to ensure that your order arrives safely and in good condition. If you have specific packaging requests, please contact us before completing your purchase.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages


Once a package has been shipped and scanned by the carrier, Dirty Birds Collective is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost shipments due to carrier error or incorrect address information provided by the customer at checkout.


If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, we recommend checking with your local post office and neighbors.

We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for orders lost or delayed in transit unless insurance was purchased separately.


8. Address Accuracy


Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.


If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
